Corporate Giving Programme
Northern Territory Airports is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen and a valued member of the community. Each year, our “Corporate Giving Programme” reinforces this commitment by donatating money to non-profit charities organisations that selflessly provide services and programmes for the community.
Throughout the year our staff are encouraged to develop fundraising initiatives, manage the process and distribute funds to charitable organisations. The Corporate Giving Programme allocations are budgeted annually and donations are complimented by those funds raised by staff.
The organisations supported by NT Airports are varied and include the sporting field, the arts, emergency services, the environment and charitable organisations such as Salvation Army, Children’s Medical Research Institute and Cancer Council all who have all benefited from staff fundraising programs.
As a result of the DIA Charity Golf Day in August 2007, staff raised $10,000 for the Variety Club Children’s Charity.
